		<description>There is such wisdom in this post that I don&#039;t know where to begin to comment. Leadership happens in so many places. Reading this article makes me realize that I am far more proactive in some places then in others. That is the first correction I need to make. Consistent leadership. I seem to find myself less depleted outside of my home. Yet I know that I need to monitor my emotions at all times and in all situations. 
I have much to learn from Moses&#039; example. Thank you for sharing this. It serves as excellent food for thought.</description>
