		<description>In a time when the focus has shifted so greatly from weakness to strengths I found this post to be both on target and thought-provoking. Something that especially stood out to me was this: &quot;Effective godly leaders go back to the basics and focus on the truth that their personal talents and their strategic opportunities all come from the blessing of God. They take focus off self and utilize the gifts and power they have received to glorify God.&quot;
It is all about going back to the basics and focusing on TRUTH. It is all about acknowledging that all that we have or ever do come from God to glorify Him. Too often we are focused on self--period. What we can do, have done, or would like to do. 
Thank you for sharing on this subject. I had not thought about the fact that a strength could be a weakness in the sense that you shared but I am definitely considering it now.
