It is not always possible to attain that goal. But certainly do try. Paul and Barnabas are good examples of this. They disagreed sharply over John Mark as to including him in their travels. It split them but they each accomplished what they set out to do to serve Christ. Acceptence of dissagreement is also an acceptable solution which can end conflict. Agree to disagree.
